When I first started buying and selling real estate, I was told that I needed a Coach or a Mentor.  However, I really did not know the difference between the two.  This section of the website will allow you as the investor to get a good understanding of the two programs.  You can then make an educated decision which one will best suite your needs. 
 
Mentorship Program - a 12 Month
Our Mentorship program is above all the rest.  The Bronx Real Estate Investment Club will assist you through the entire process. 
Marketing- Getting the word out there and and branding your image in your market.
The Acquisition- Most new investors are not comfortable with talking and meeting people.  With our mentorship program, you can work hand-in-hand with someone that will walk you through the entire process and get your first transaction completed.
The Evaluation- Now you have your first deal.  Now you have to evaluate what you are going to do with it.  Our mentor's will sit with you and determine what kind of deal you are looking at.
The Sale Of The Property- We will put you in touch with the correct individuals who will get your deals closed.  Lawyers, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers and Construction individuals that are needed for you to get your deals closed.  Your mentor will help you with all of the above.  Your mentor will answer all your questions in a timely fashion.  You will get an email address and a cell phone number for your mentor.  You will meet with your mentor and discuss a strategy of attack to build your buyers list.  How to market and never run out of leads. 
All of the above will get done in person.  You will have your 12 months goals written down on paper.  This will help keep you focused on your goal.
A trained mentor will fly out to your area and work with you one-on-one for the weekend and get you on the fast tract to success.  Our mentors bill at the rate of $6,000.00 per weekend.  Yours totally FREE.

Our Coaching Program is designed to keep you accountable to yourself.  If you are a new Real Estate Investor, this is where you will want to start.Our Coaches are highly skilled in the real estate field.  Our Coaches are actively investing in your local area.

  • You will learn how to be accountable to yourself, your coach and your client.
  • If you do not close a transaction and make your money back,  the full amount will be refunded to you and you keep all of the information you received.
